1. Introduction and scope of application

These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the website and govern the rights and obligations of users who visit it or place orders through it.

By accessing or using the website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

These provisions apply to all sales and deliveries of products made within Italy via the website.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users can create a personal account to manage orders, addresses and preferences.

The user is required to provide correct and complete information and to keep his/her access credentials confidential. It is prohibited to provide false data or use third party information without authorization.

We guarantee the security and availability of the website within reasonable technical limits. We are not responsible for any interruptions or malfunctions beyond our control.

3. Products, availability and prices

The products presented on the website are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable taxes according to current legislation in Italy.

The availability indicated refers to the time of the order and may vary based on stock updates. If a product is not available, the user will be informed and will be able to choose between waiting for a restock or a refund.

4. Orders and payments

To place an order, the user must follow the purchase procedure on the website and complete the payment.

The order is considered accepted when the confirmation email is sent.

The available payment methods are indicated on the website and comply with applicable security standards.

In the event of obvious errors relating to product descriptions or prices, we reserve the right to cancel the order and proceed with a full refund.

5. Shipping and delivery

After payment is completed, orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing Deadline:

Orders placed before 6pm are processed the same working day.
Orders placed after 6pm will be processed starting the following working day.
In the event of public holidays, processing will begin on the first working day.

Once processing is completed, the order is entrusted to the courier for shipping. In periods of high operating volume, there may be slight variations in timing; customers will be informed promptly.

6. Cancellation of orders

The customer can request cancellation of the order within a maximum of 24 hours from completing the purchase, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped or if the 24 hour period has expired, cancellation will no longer be possible. After receiving the goods, the customer will be able to exercise the right of return according to the established methods.

Orders containing items made to the customer's specific request cannot be canceled once confirmed.

7. Returns and refunds

The customer can request the return of the products purchased within 15 days from the delivery date.

The right of return applies exclusively to items returned unused, undamaged and complete with their original packaging, including all accessories that may be present.
Direct exchange is not foreseen. Given the type of furniture items and the related logistical methods, each request is managed as a separate return in order to guarantee an orderly and safe process.
If the customer wishes to have an alternative item, they can place a new order via the website.
Products made upon specific customer request are excluded from the right of return.
Returned items must be in perfect condition. Any signs of use or damage may result in the return being refused.
The return label is included inside the package upon delivery (the customer receives the return shipping label directly in the package).

8. Protection of personal data

Personal data is used exclusively for order management, communication with the user and the correct functioning of the website.

Order data may be retained for up to 10 years for legal obligations. Technically necessary cookies are used during the session, while any analysis tools can be stored for up to 12 months, unless consent is withdrawn.

The processing of data is based on the execution of the contract, on legal obligations, on legitimate interests or on the express consent of the user, in compliance with current Italian legislation.
